Tasting notes

Pleasantly sapid and fresh.

On on the nose it releases a fresh smell of lime, completed by hints of pomegranate and sage.

At sight it is straw yellow with greenish reflections, characterized by fine and persistent bubbles

10°C during the winter and 6-8°C in the summer. External temperature that could raise or lower the wine temperature more or less quickly should be taken into consideration.

SI ACCOMPAGNA

Excellent as an aperitif or for original citrusy cocktails.
It goes well with main courses such as risottos and white meats.
