How to make a return
Online sales of our products are considered distance contracts and are therefore governed by Legislative Decree No. 206/05 (Articles 50–68), which regulates distance selling — that is, sales made outside of business premises.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide any explanation and without incurring any penalty.
To exercise this right, you simply need to send a written communication to “Azienda Agricola Enotria Tellus” stating your intention to withdraw, and within 14 calendar days from sending that communication, you must ship the purchased goods to the address indicated below.
The only condition is that the product must not have been opened.

How much time do i have to ship the return
Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal notice was sent.
Refund Timeframe
Once we have received the returned products, we will immediately begin the refund process.
The time required will depend on the payment method you used, but in any case, refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we received your return request.
