All items listed in the catalog are normally available; in case one of the ordered products is out of stock, we will promptly contact you. You may choose to cancel the order and immediately receive a full refund, or modify the order by selecting available items for delivery.
Shipping
Orders are usually carefully packed, shipped, and delivered by courier within 5 working days.
Unless otherwise requested, we avoid shipping on Thursdays and Fridays to prevent the products from remaining in the courier’s warehouses over the weekend.

Right of Withdrawal
Online sales of our products are considered distance contracts and are therefore governed by Legislative Decree No. 206/05 (Articles 50–68), which regulates contracts concluded outside commercial premises.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, you must send a written notice to Azienda Agricola Enotria Tellus expressing your intention to withdraw, and within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, return the purchased items to the address below. The only condition is that the goods must not have been opened or damaged.
