- A Unique Atmosphere: Our tastings take place in a historic 19th-century residence, among barrels and terracotta jars, in an environment that invites calm and discovery.
- Artisanal Wines: You will taste wines produced using traditional and rare methods, such as aging in terracotta jars and cultivation according to the Bellussera method, with wines that age gracefully for over 10 years, remaining fresh and structured.
- Gourmet Pairings: Our platters are carefully and lovingly prepared to enhance every sip and highlight the genuine flavors of the region.
- Stories and Sharing: The tasting is guided by Anisa or family members, who share stories, anecdotes, and production secrets in a simple and passionate way.

La Genesi

The starting point, where everything originated…“Genesis” tells the story of the birth of the winery through the choices that gave birth to the first wines, and therefore to the first identity. It is an essential and authentic path, which introduces the productive philosophy and the link between idea and territory. The tasting includes three selected wines, accompanied by a small pairing to enhance their flavors.

Il Percorso del Papavero
Price 27 € Duration 1,5 h
Grow, resist, evolve.. Inspired by the yellow poppy, a symbol of resilience, this route expands on the previous one with the entry of another iconic wine. This natural evolution tells the story of the cellar’s growth between continuity and greater stylistic awareness. The package includes a visit to the vineyards, the winery and a tasting of four chosen labels, accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses for a perfect balance of taste.

Radici Sospese
