Our vineyards follow the Bellussera method, an ancient and nearly forgotten system. It’s a demanding choice, but it ensures healthy grapes, hand-tended in harmony with the sun and the wind.
Tastings take place in a historic 19th-century residence.
In the barrel room, among welcoming spaces, time slows down. The platters are generous, the pairings carefully designed to enhance every glass, and the stories come straight from the heart.
Each label is illustrated and unique, a piece of our story. Drinking our wine is following a narrative that unfolds over time, sip by sip.

We also use them for red wines: a rare technique that gives the wine a deep structure and a lasting freshness. This is how wines are born that can age for over ten years while retaining all their vitality.

About Us
Enotria Tellus was born from the desire to make wine differently.
We are Anisa and Fabio, a couple who turned their passion into a living winery, where every choice is an act of love-for the land, for our visitors, and for the beauty of things done well.
We have revived ancient methods, such as terracotta amphorae and the Bellussera system, to produce authentic wines that move and inspire reflection. Each bottle is an invitation to discover, each visit a genuine encounter.
Our symbol is the yellow poppy, a rare flower of the Venetian Dolomites. It grows in challenging conditions, yet with strength and grace. It is unique, just as those who choose us become unique—from curious visitors to conscious travelers.
