We have rediscovered ancient methods like the Bellussera system, which allows us to work entirely by hand and produce healthy, authentic grapes. Here, time follows a different rhythm, and every bottle tells a story of nature, people, and transformation.

We are Fabio and Anisa, a small winery in the Venetian Dolomites, deeply connected to the land and its traditions. Enotria Tellus was born from a passion for authentic wines, made using ancient techniques such as fermentation in handmade terracotta amphorae and hand-harvesting. Our wines, natural and additive-free, offer freshness and structure that last over ten years, with elegance and lightness.
Tastings, held in a historic 19th-century residence among the barrel room and vineyards, are moments of sharing and connection, where we tell stories and create genuine bonds. For us, wine is emotion and togetherness.
