Description
The Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry Millesimato from Enotria Tellus is the expression of a territory rich in history and tradition. Produced with white vinification and secondary fermentation in autoclave using the Martinotti-Charmat method (50 days), this wine releases a complex and inviting bouquet: grapefruit, apple, wisteria, and jasmine intertwine with elegant hints of yeast.
On the palate, the bubbles are enveloping and persistent, with a perfect balance of acidity and minerality. Its freshness makes it an ideal companion for land-based appetizers, fish dishes, white meats, or light desserts. Thanks to its artisanal approach, this wine is healthy, authentic, light, and easy to enjoy without heaviness.

Did you know?
The straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and the fine, persistent perlage make it visually refined. The label, decorated with the symbol of the yellow poppy—a rare flower of the Dolomites—reflects the wine’s bold and resilient character. Painted in watercolor by Ester, a friend of the winery, it combines tradition with contemporary design, making each bottle a small piece of art.
