Description
The Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry Millesimato from Enotria Tellus is the expression of a territory rich in history and tradition. Produced with white vinification and secondary fermentation in autoclave using the Martinotti-Charmat method (50 days), this wine releases a complex and inviting bouquet: grapefruit, apple, wisteria, and jasmine intertwine with elegant hints of yeast.
On the palate, the bubbles are enveloping and persistent, with a perfect balance of acidity and minerality. Its freshness makes it an ideal companion for meat-based appetizers, fish dishes, white meats, or light desserts. Thanks to its artisanal approach, this wine is healthy, authentic, light, and easy to enjoy without heaviness.
